A SILENT INVASION – THE TRUTH ABOUT ALIENS, ALIEN ABDUCTION, AND UFOS - review

A Silent Invasion – The Truth About Aliens, Alien Abduction, and UFOs, Rev. Debra S. Marshall, Schiffer Publishing, Ltd, Atglen, PA, 2014, 136pp, $16.99.

I have to be honest that I found A Silent Invasion a little strange and disconcerting. Rev. Marshall describes beings from other dimensions that, frankly, sound like something out of a science fiction movie or novel. I scrutinized her photos that purport to show aliens, and all I saw were clouds or rocks and trees.
But I persevered in reading A Silent Invasion, and little by little I began to understand that perhaps Rev. Marshall is right. Maybe that isn’t the play of light and shadow on rocks and leaves; maybe it is Valduri Lupei, one of the Brethren. Maybe what looks like a stratus cloud is a large mothership.
First and foremost, Dr. Mashall’s message is simple: we are not alone, and the aliens do not come in peace. Beyond that, it’s your choice to believe or not as she talks about our Father and Spirit Guides who live in the 5th dimension on a planet called Parutia. Dr. Marshall talks a lot about a Father, but there’s no mention of a Mother. This, like other belief systems, seems to be a patriarchal society.
Rev. Marshall says “it is known” a lot of times without saying how it is known, or by whom. She says that she received the information included in her book from her Spirit Guides, who told her we are not native to Earth and originated on Parutia and Father sent us to Earth. She names and describes beings from other dimensions, most of whom seem to be evil and intent on harming us. Rev. Marshall’s guides told her that some of the cryptids on Earth are either beings from other dimensions or humans who have been experimented on by those beings. Moth Man, for example, “is one of the humans altered both genetically, surgically and chemically by The Darkness to create a unique killing force for his armies.”
Some might write off Rev. Marshall’s narrative as the ravings of a lunatic, others may see her as an enlightened visionary warning humankind of “the troubled days ahead.” Perhaps her Spirit Guides are correct and we are destined to fight creatures from other dimensions. Perhaps her Spirit Guides are leading her astray. In either case, A Silent Invasion – The Truth About Aliens, Alien Abduction, and UFOs is an interesting book, and the photos will make you think twice before you dismiss them as figments of Rev. Marshall’s imagination.
When I finished the book, I thought about it for a while, and then said, “You know, she could just be right.” Read the book and decide for yourself.
